The inspiration for SoTu comes from the need to preserve Tulum's essence as it expands. Visitors often struggle to connect with the town due to a lack of distinct neighborhoods and clear identity. To address this, a neighborhood was created to embody Tulum's spirit, allowing guests to feel at home, engage with local culture, and enjoy a cohesive experience.
